REPLACEMENT & REFUND POLICY


Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation Policy

Our focal point completely is good customer experience. In any event if the buyer wants to cancel the order, he/she will have to connect with our support team. 

The order will be cancelled from the back end only if it has not be shipped. Once the product is dispatched from our end, unfortunately the order cannot be cancelled. Nevertheless if the customer is ready to pay the two way shipping charges, we will withdraw the shipped product from the shipping company and the order shall be cancelled.

Replacement Police : 

Replacement is provided to secure the buyers from receiving any damaged, defective or wrong product. 

Replacement policy is valid for 10 days from the date of delivery.

The buyer will claim a his/her request for the exchange through email. We will arrange a pickup and another machine will be dispatch withing 4-7 working days.

During the pick-up, the following articles will be checked by the field executive:

1. Serial number / IMEI number,
2. Warranty Sticker on the back of the laptop,
3. The product should not have ben opened in anyway and no physical or water damage to be found. 
4. Products Original accessories, box and all the ports should be undamaged and unused. 

Refund Policy

In an event if the customer has not received the product according to the mentioned details  or wrong product received, customer can claim a request for refund. We will arrange a pick up and once the machine comes to the centre, our technical team will check the machine and the condition and if everything is all right, we will initiate the refund in 15-30 day.
